BIDDING:
OCTAVIA
COURT: We
are accepting subcontractor and supplier proposals for this project
located in San Francisco. Structure includes 14 Developmentally
Disabled Residential housing units with associated common and
administrative spaces in a five-story wood frame structure, partially
over Slab-on-grade. Anticipated start date is November 2008, 12-month
project duration. Project is subject to requirements of the S.F.
Redevelopment Agency, including SBE subcontracting and supplier
goals, Prevailing Wages, construction workforce goals, etc., will
be srtrictly enforced. Bonds will not be required.
James
E. Roberts-Obayashi is signatory to the Carpenters', Laborers',
Operating engineers, and Cement Masons' unions, therefore, all
work falling under the jurisdiction of these unions must be completed
by subcontracotors that are union signatory and in good standing
with the applicable unions.
We
will be accepting bid proposals for the OCTAVIA COURT project
from all interested subcontractors and suppliers on or before
July 30, 2008 @ 2:00 p.m.
