Minimizing the difference between early cost estimates and the actual contract price is the primary goal of our estimators. We complete a detailed quantity survey of all building components based on early plans, construction type, outline specifications, and our past similar experience. Through identifying and understanding the Owner’s and Architect’s intent and applying up-to-date unit pricing to actual quantities, we are able to accurately estimate the cost of the project and identify cost-saving alternatives early in the pre-construction phase.
